1. DOWNLOAD, PRINT, AND FILL OUT THE RESIDENT APPLICATION
Each person that will be on the lease must fill out an application (married couples can use one application).
2. DOWNLOAD, PRINT, AND FILL OUT THE CO-SIGNER APPLICATION
Most students need a co-signer, if you do not have a co-signer this does not mean you are disqualified.
3. TURN IN APPLICATIONS WITH SIGNATURES AND PAYMENT OF $135.00 PER APPLICANT
**$100 goes toward the deposit, which is refundable at move-out and $25 is a non-refundable application fee.
There is no charge for the first co-signer application per applicant.
You may turn in the application(s) in person at our leasing office, scan and email the application, or mail application(s).
You can pay your $125 fee per person with check or money order in the office or through the mail, or online* with electronic funds transfer from your account, debit, or credit. We do not accept cash.
4. THE LEASING OFFICE WILL CONTACT YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SIGN YOUR LEASE WHEN YOU ARE APPROVED.
*Convenience fee for online payments: $3.50 application fee using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, $6.20 fee for deposit and application using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, or $3.95 convenience fee for each electronic fund transfers from a checking or savings account.
